During the reconstruction, we plane the barrel internally and then toast it naturally.
During the repair, the lags of the barrels are checked for breakages as well as for leaks. They are then repaired and also physically toasted.
Toasting of barrels is done according to the instructions of our customers and the result they want to have onto their wine.

We supply Reconstructed Oak / Wood Barrels of French, European or American Oak for Wine, Tsipouro, Spirits, Vinegar, Balsamico, Liqueur and Whiskey.
